This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this document prevails.
Accessibility commitment
Origin Intelligence & Technology, S.L. works to make this site accessible to as many people as possible, in line with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act, EAA) and its transposition into Spanish law through Law 11/2023, of May 8 (applicable to certain products and services as of June 28, 2025). Our technical reference is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
Compliance status
This site is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most requirements are met, but the work is in progress and some items remain pending verification or correction (see below). This statement is based on an internal self-assessment; an external accessibility audit is still pending.
What we already comply with
- Page language declared (`lang="es"`).
- A skip to main content link at the start of the navigation.
- Visible keyboard focus on interactive elements.
- Labels associated with all fields of the contact form.
- Heading hierarchy with a single `h1` per page.
- Expandable components operable by keyboard, with `aria-expanded`/`aria-controls`.
- The site does not rely on content images; decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
Known issues and improvement plan
We are aware that some aspects remain to be verified or improved:
- Color contrast of lower-emphasis text: pending audit with a contrast tool and adjustment if any value falls below 4.5:1. *Plan: review and correction in the fourth quarter of 2026.*
- Focus trap in modal windows (focus can escape the dialog): full focus containment pending implementation. *Plan: improvement in the next iteration of the site.*
- Reduced motion preference (`prefers-reduced-motion`): respecting reduced animations/transitions is pending. *Plan: next iteration of the site.*
- Automated and manual audit (screen reader, keyboard, 200% zoom): a full pass with tools such as axe/Lighthouse and a manual review is pending. *Plan: full pass with axe and Lighthouse, plus manual review, during the fourth quarter of 2026.*
